When to Write

- File or reading issues — an ebook that fails to open, displays garbled text, is missing chapters, or cannot be rendered on your device or browser. Please include the file format (EPUB, PDF, MOBI, etc.) and the software or hardware you were using.
- Accessibility problems — if a title is not compatible with screen readers, lacks proper heading structure, or has image descriptions that are absent or misleading, we want to know.
- Privacy questions — any inquiry about how we handle personal data, cookies, or reader activity on the site.
- Copyright or rights concerns — if you believe a work in our catalogue is not in the public domain in your jurisdiction, or if you are a rights holder with a legitimate claim, please provide relevant details.
- General editorial observations — suggestions for new categories, requests for background or reading guides, or corrections to the introductory essays that accompany many titles.
What to Include
To help us respond efficiently, please include as much of the following as is relevant:
- The exact page URL where the issue appears.
- The full title and author of the ebook.
- The file format you are using (if the problem is format-specific).
- A description of the observed problem, including any error messages.
